The information on our Site, and the Site as a whole, is intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Aria Candle Company on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, “Comments”) shall be and remain Aria Candle Company property.
As with your privacy, protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use Square to protect the security of your online order information. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the Site address will change from “http” to “https.” Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don’t permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you won’t be able to connect to the server and therefore won’t be able to place an order through a secure connection.
At this time, we only accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express Credit Cards, and Square transactions.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS for domestic orders on business days (Monday to Saturday morning). Shipping rates are flat, regardless of the size of your purchase. Orders received before 1PM EST on business will begin processing that same day. Orders received after 1PM EST on business days will begin processing on the following business day. Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that will include your tracking number.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Aria Candle Company online purchase (Candles), you can send the UNUSED candle back to us for an exchange or a refund. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. Merchandise returned must be unused, with the wicks intact as sent. Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition. Packing slips must accompany all returned merchandise. All fragrance products cannot be returned for a refund, and can be exchanged within 2 days of customer receiving package – if customer returns item after 2 days of purchase, the refund cannot be honored. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and that to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. Aria Candle Company is not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. Aria Candle Company will be unable to process your exchange without having received the returned items. In the event that merchandise is out of stock and we cannot process an exchange, you will be reimbursed with another item in stock. You must include receipt for shipping with return or you will not be refunded. If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email before sending merchandise back to us. Aria Candle Company reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
